Renew Your Item

Renewing your items is easier than ever. You can choose any of the 4 options below:

  1. In person at the Library
  2. By calling the Library at 978-454-5474 ext 4
  3. Online within your account (you will need your library card number and PIN)
  4. The Automated Library Renewal Line (you will need your library card number)

 

To use the Automated Library Renewal Line, simply call 978-683-3175, press 2 then enter your library card number followed by the # key.

Just want to renew your items? Here’s a shortcut. After dialing in, follow the directions below:

Press 5 for renewals
1- Renew one item
2- Renew all items
4- List of possible renewals

Press * at any time to return to the previous menu.

You also have access to the following in the Account options menu:
1- Renewals
2- Holds
3- Account Status
4- List of loans/holds
6- Change recorded name
7- Access a different account
