Annual Raffle – $5 for 25 tickets

The extremely popular Winter Raffle is now open in the mezzanine of the library! Raffle ticket sales run from November 3 to noon on December 17. Winners will be drawn on December 17. You do not have to be present to win. Tickets are $5 for 25, with two special lottery ticket/cash prize baskets at $10/ticket.

We are so grateful to all the individuals and local businesses that donate gifts for these baskets and gift card prizes. The basket raffle is one of two significant fundraising events hosted by the Friends each year; the other is the annual book sale in May. Funds raised by the Friends support our discounted museum passes and most of the programs and events hosted by the library. These funds also help us procure materials for in-person and take-home craft kits and our weekly programs for children and families. The library is grateful to the Friends for their fundraising efforts and to everyone who supports the Friends either by volunteering their time and energy or by contributing to the fundraisers.
