Food Literacy with Nutritionist Megan Curran*

What’s in YOUR Food? What do nutrition labels really mean and how do the terms they use affect our health? When we buy meat or eggs, what’s the difference between pasture raised and cage free, grass feed and grass finished, or wild or farm raised? There are easy ways to improve our nutrition just by making better informed purchases. Start with this program!

Join Nutritionist Megan Curran to learn how the ways our food is raised affects our health and the health of our planet!
